How the Platform Works
All users register and submit their organization for verification. After approval by InterLIR Global managers or support staff, full access to the platform is granted.
The marketplace operates with IPv4 blocks ranging from /24 to /16, primarily working with the following Regional Internet Registries (RIRs):
- RIPE
- ARIN
- APNIC
- LACNIC
User Roles
The platform connects two main user roles:
- Supplier — organizations that provide IPv4 blocks for lease or sale.
- Customer — organizations that rent, purchase, or bid on IPv4 blocks.
Suppliers
Suppliers populate the marketplace with IPv4 blocks by:
- Offering blocks for lease
- Listing blocks for direct sale
- Placing blocks on auctions
When a Customer rents a block, a subscription is created. Suppliers earn recurring revenue from active subscriptions and can withdraw accumulated funds by submitting a Payout Request.
Customers
Customers use the platform to:
- Lease IPv4 blocks
- Purchase blocks directly
- Participate in auctions
Customers can add and manage payment methods and pay for subscriptions directly through the platform.
Billing and Payments
All billing, invoicing, and subscription management is handled via Stripe, ensuring secure and transparent financial operations for both Suppliers and Customers.
Project Goal
InterLIR Global aims to provide a transparent, secure, and efficient environment for IPv4 address trading, covering the full lifecycle — from listing and payment to subscription management and payouts.
