Letters of Authorization are issued automatically after the Assignment Request process is complete. Customers can announce their ASN for the assigned prefix immediately.
InterLIR Global configures Route Origin Authorizations (ROAs) to secure BGP announcements and prevent route hijacking.
Every participant is verified before accessing the marketplace — company identity, ownership structure, and history of IP usage.

Transaction Management
Orders and Contracts
Every transaction on the platform generates a contract and an order record. Customers and Suppliers can track the status of their transactions from the portal dashboard.
Assignment Requests
The Assignment Request (AR) is the formal process through which a Customer receives the right to announce a specific IP prefix. InterLIR Global manages this process and confirms each step with the parties involved.
Escrow
For purchase transactions, escrow ensures that funds are held securely until all transfer conditions are met. Both parties receive confirmation before funds are released.
Registry and Routing Operations
LOA (Letter of Authorization)
After a successful Assignment Request, the Customer receives a Letter of Authorization. This document authorizes the Customer’s ASN to announce the assigned prefix in BGP.
RPKI / ROA
InterLIR Global sets up Route Origin Authorizations (ROAs) for the blocks under management. ROAs are cryptographically signed objects that associate a prefix with an authorized ASN, reducing the risk of BGP route hijacking.
WHOIS / Registry Operations
InterLIR Global manages the necessary RIR database records — inetnum objects, route objects, and assignment/allocation records — as part of the transfer and lease process.
Compliance and Identity
KYC / AML
All platform participants complete identity verification and business due diligence before the first transaction. This includes company verification, beneficial ownership analysis, and history of IP usage review.
RIR Registration
InterLIR Global is a registered broker with RIPE NCC, ARIN, LACNIC, and APNIC. All transfers are conducted through official RIR processes.
IP Reputation and Abuse
Reputation Monitoring

Abuse Handling
InterLIR Global maintains registered abuse contacts at RIRs and handles incoming complaints on behalf of Suppliers during active leases.
