The RIPE NCC (Réseaux IP Européens Network Coordination Centre) administers IP address space in Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia — more than 75 countries including Germany, the Netherlands, France, the UK, Turkey, Russia, UAE, and many others.
InterLIR Global is a registered Local Internet Registry (LIR) within RIPE NCC. This means we can execute transfers, manage assignments, and maintain WHOIS records directly — without relying on a third-party LIR.

Transfer Process and Requirements
To transfer an IPv4 block within the RIPE NCC region, both the Seller and Buyer must meet the following conditions:
- The Seller must be the registered resource holder in the RIPE NCC database
- The Buyer must be a RIPE NCC member (LIR) or have an LIR sponsoring their resources
- The block must not have active routing restrictions or disputes
- KYC documentation is required from both parties
InterLIR Global acts as broker and can sponsor the Buyer’s resources if they are not an LIR themselves.

- Lease: /24 to /16 (smaller or larger blocks available on request)
- Purchase: /24 to /16 and above
- Minimum RIPE NCC transfer unit is /24
