These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the InterLIR Global platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by InterLIR Global (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.


1. Definitions

  • Platform — the InterLIR Global web application and marketplace accessible at portal.interlir.global.
  • Customer — a party that leases or purchases IPv4 address blocks through the Platform.
  • Supplier — a party that lists IPv4 address blocks for lease or sale on the Platform.
  • IP Block — a contiguous range of IPv4 addresses identified by a CIDR prefix.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract on behalf of yourself or your organization.


3. Account Registration

To access the Platform you must register an account and complete identity verification as required by applicable regulations and our internal compliance procedures.


4. Services

InterLIR Global provides a marketplace and brokerage service for IPv4 address transactions, including but not limited to:

  • Lease of IPv4 address blocks
  • Purchase and sale of IPv4 address blocks
  • RIR transfer facilitation
  • Letter of Authorization (LOA) management
  • IP reputation and abuse monitoring

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for the Service are described on the Fee Schedule page. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.


6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InterLIR Global and its licensors.


7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, InterLIR Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.


9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the “Last updated” date above.
